Oxford cloth for luggage is mostly made of polyester-polyester-cotton blended yarn interwoven with cotton yarn, and adopts weft-heavy flat or square weave. Among them, 600D Oxford cloth is the most commonly used, while 210D Oxford cloth and 420D Oxford cloth are mostly used for linings and compartments.
3. Characteristics of luggage cloth
The fabric has high strength in the warp and weft directions, uniform density, thick cloth body, suitable softness and hardness, clean and smooth cloth surface, and small interweaving gap difference between the warp and weft lines. 4. Luggage cloth technology
Can be processed using conventional techniques such as dyeing and printing.
The process is generally: gray cloth→coloring→distribution→rolling cloth→dyeing (refining/dying)→shaping ( Resin/splash) → packaging.
After the color cloth is completed, it can also be processed by printing, sanding/raising/brushing, gluing, gluing, and three-proofing.
