The names for Oxford cloth on the market are somewhat confusing. Some manufacturers take advantage of customers’ unfamiliarity with the specifications of Oxford cloth and pass it off as quality, deliberately calling out specifications and fishing in troubled waters. The naming of Oxford cloth specifications should be based on the thickness of the raw materials. For example: 210D Oxford cloth should be made of 200D raw materials for warp and weft, but why not call it 200D Oxford cloth? Because the current allowable error range of raw material thickness in the world is +/-5%, it is generally called upward, which is called 210D.
There are still some manufacturers selling 150D Oxford cloth as 210D Oxford cloth to customers, or even using lower specifications to pass it off as 210D Oxford cloth. This is unethical.
We say that authentic 420D Oxford cloth should be woven from 400D raw materials, but now many people in the market use 300D and sell it as 420D Oxford cloth. The price of authentic 420D Oxford cloth is very different from that of 300D. Big, this will undoubtedly bring great losses to customers!
Every inch of Oxford cloth weaving is based on the customer’s standards to maximize the customer’s interests. This is also why weaving is favored by so many brand companies!
