Scrap cleaning and recycling Scrap recycling process
(1) Cleaning and recycling process for cleaning waste materials discharged from sub-cotton
Generally, a flat roller cleaning machine is first used to remove stiff petals and small flower heads. If there are a lot of cotton seeds and infertile children in the scraps, they can be recycled with a spiral nail drum cleaning machine with a smaller mesh. The process flow is shown in Figure 10-7.
(two ) Cleaning of scraps discharged from the gin machine
The process flow of cleaning and recycling the scraps discharged during the ginning process is shown in Figure 10-8. First, use a flat roller cleaning machine or a 4 to 6-roller nail-toothed roller cleaning machine to remove seed chips, broken seed shells, small cotton seeds and some infertile particles, and then use a double-rack drum cleaning machine to extract long fibers and discharge the undesired particles. After the impurities are further cleaned by the flat roller cleaning machine, the impurities are sent to the infertile cleaning machine for crushing, and then the double rack roller cleaning machine is used to extract the short lint, and the unbroken and unpurified infertiles are discharged. Remove the sterile seeds and impurities, and then return to the infertile sterile purification machine to perform a cycle of blooming and purification.
(3) Cleaning and recycling of scraps discharged during the stripping process
Most of the scraps discharged during the stripping process are impurity velvet. The cleaning process is shown in Figure 10-9. It starts with a three-layer spiral The upper drum of the nail drum cleaning machine removes seed chips, cotton kernels, small cotton seeds and part of the broken shells. The cleaned impurities and lint are sucked through the pipeline to the rack drum cleaning machine for further cleaning, and the upper screen is discharged. The incoming impurities generally still contain short lint, which is further recycled through two layers of rollers. The recycled materials are sent to the rack roller cleaning machine for cleaning. After the shavings are removed by the lower roller, the small cotton seeds and cotton kernels are recovered.
(four )Cleaning and recycling of dust velvet
Dust velvet contains dust velvet recycled from the ginning workshop and the stripping workshop. The cleaning process is shown in Figure 10-10.
Stripping velvet The dust filter device in the workshop recovers a relatively large amount of dust lint. Under the condition of mechanical discharging, it can be continuously cleaned by a double-layer spiral nail drum cleaning machine. The resulting lint can reach Class III Class 1 or Class III Class 2, six-roller The discharge from the nail-tooth roller cleaner or the spiral nail-tooth roller cleaner has similar properties to dust lint and can be cleaned together with dust lint. Generally, it does not affect the grade of short lint removed.
Due to the long fiber of the dust velvet in the ginning workshop, it is generally cleaned with a multi-roller nail drum cleaning machine. Since the quantity is not large, the method of regular discharging and cleaning can be adopted. Other dust velvet with shorter fibers can be cleaned with a spiral spike drum. If there are still coarse shavings after cleaning, it needs to be further cleaned with a rack and roller cleaning machine to make it meet the requirements of equal lining.
The scrap cleaning and recycling process should be connected with the ginning and velvet stripping production, so that it can be discharged at any time and cleaned and recycled at any time.
This can avoid duplication of work, simplify material transportation links, prevent dust from flying, and improve the working environment. At the same time, the varieties can be clearly distinguished, the recycling quality is good, and the loss of resources is small.
