The fabric range can produce many different types of fabrics, including thin shirt materials, lining fabrics, denim, corduroy, woolen or worsted wool, decorative fabrics, etc., as well as various industrial fabrics such as thin civilian tent fabrics to heavyweight PU coated fabrics and filter cloths, etc. Weaving range: Suitable for weaving light, medium, heavy and all kinds of fashionable fabrics. Effective weaving width The available effective widths are 190cm (75 inches), 220cm (87 inches), 240cm (95 inches), the asymmetric effective width can reach 30cm (12 inches), and the symmetrical reduction can reach 60cm (24 inches). Spinning yarn type and fineness: natural and synthetic fiber staple yarn, consisting of 4.8-324tex (120-1.8 inches) continuous filament and crimped textured yarn, and various blended chemical fiber fabrics of 2.5-450dtex (22-4000 denier) Yarns and fancy yarns. Color selection Single color, up to eight colors or eight different types of wefts and mixed wefts. QuickStep is driven by an independent module. Each module is composed of an independent stepper motor and a weft selection finger. The weft selection can be up to 8 colors. The operator can input the fabric weave through a microcomputer or the control device of the jacquard halter. . Automatic stopping device: The electric warp breaking automatic stopping device is standard configuration and can be equipped with a warp breaking detection rod. The sensitivity of the warp breaking automatic stopping can be adjusted through a microprocessor. The weft yarn piezoelectric electronic weft yarn detector can detect the entire process of correct weft selection, weft insertion, weft yarn handover in the center and accurate arrival at the right edge of the fabric. Self-stop searching for broken weft Equipped with automatic searching device for broken weft and slow-moving forward and backward devices. If a weft breakage occurs, the automatic weft breakage searching device will rotate the loom to the cloth fell at the time of weft breakage. In the process of searching for the broken weft cloth edge, the microprocessor controls the synchronous operation of all machinery. Opening device Equipped with STAUBLI2650 type bottom-mounted electronic dobby. It can ensure that the dobby machine can work accurately and actively. Under full configuration, it can fully meet the requirements of all fabrics. Tie rod capacity: up to 20 heald frames can be equipped with a spacing of 12mm. Number of cycles: 6400 weft. Jacquard machines with inclined sheds can also be equipped. The Jacquard machine is driven by a vertical cardan shaft. Warp let-off device: The warp let-off action is driven by an independent motor, and the warp let-off amount is controlled electronically. Equipped with the servo motor drive system, the warp let-off method becomes continuous leisure. This device is an optional part. The above two let-off types can keep the warp tension constant from the full shaft to the empty shaft. The tension of the warp let-off can be relaxed or adjusted with the push of a button. Adjustable hydraulic balancers are installed on both sides of the tension roller. An 805mm (32-inch) warp beam is standard. Cloth winding device Synchronous winding is driven by a worm gear. The weft density ranges from 1.75 to 134 threads/cm (4.5 to 340 threads/inch). The fabric can also be dropped when the loom is running, without any adverse effects on the fabric. The diameter of the large roll of cloth on the machine is 600mm. Leno selvage: The single-station selvage device equipped with a cam is a standard device on all GTXplus looms. The cam drives the leno device installed in front of the heald frame to weave leno selvage. This means that all heald frames can be used to weave patterns, and the opening of the leno selvedge can be adjusted independently. Tuck-in selvedge device is used for selvage edges on both sides and is an optional part. Hot-melt selvage The hot-melt scissor device is suitable for filament fabrics and is an optional component.
