(1) The elasticity of elastic fabrics containing spandex is more serious under high temperature and alkaline conditions. Try to avoid using caustic soda and hydrogen peroxide. For desizing, if caustic soda and hydrogen peroxide must be used for desizing, the temperature should not be higher than 50°C. After desizing, neutralize with acetic acid and then dry;
(2) The chloride ions in the bleaching water have a very strong chemical effect on spandex. When using bleaching water to fade the color, spandex protective agent needs to be added, and the bleaching temperature should not exceed 40℃;
(3) When using cellulase for fermentation washing, due to the etching effect of cellulase on cotton fibers, it is easy to damage the structure of the covering yarn. It is recommended to add anti-lost Stretch-proof dyeing powder can effectively prevent yarn untwisting and cellulase penetration into the interior of the yarn, and reduce elasticity, blistering and other phenomena caused by enzyme washing. At the same time, it is best to use glacial acetic acid to adjust the pH value. If the enzyme is dried directly after washing, it must be inactivated;
(4) When treating horsetail with potassium permanganate, the amount of phosphoric acid should not be too much, and at the same time, avoid using hydrogen peroxide to remove high manganese to prevent manganese ions from catalyzing the destructive effect of hydrogen peroxide on fibers;
(5) Oven heat setting can achieve better setting effect on elastic fabrics containing spandex, but when the setting temperature rises to 180°C, the elastic recovery rate and strength of the fabric will be greatly damaged. And as the setting temperature increases and the processing time prolongs, the fabric will have obvious yellowing phenomenon. The temperature for heat setting is not more than 180 ℃ and the time is 30 to 90 seconds.
