❶Viscose fiber is a regenerated cellulose fiber

High wet modulus viscose fiber has high degree of polymerization, strength and wet modulus. High-strength viscose fiber has high strength and fatigue resistance. The basic composition of viscose fiber is cellulose. The cross-section has a zigzag-shaped core structure with straight grooves in the longitudinal direction.
The rich fiber has a skin-core structure and a circular cross-section. Viscose fiber has good hygroscopicity. It expands significantly after absorbing moisture, and its diameter increases by up to 50%. Therefore, the fabric feels hard and has a large shrinkage rate after being soaked in water.
❷Ordinary viscose fiber
(1) Viscose cotton type short fiber cutting length 35~40mm, fineness 1.1 ~2.8dtex (1.0~2.5 denier) can be blended with cotton to make fine cloth, validine, gabardine, etc.
(2) Viscose wool type short fiber, cut length 51~76mm, fineness 3.3~6.6dtex (3.0~6.0 denier), can be spun purely or blended with wool, and can be made into tweed, coats, etc.
❸Rich and strong fiber
(1) It is an improved variety of viscose fiber. (2) Pure spinning can be used to make fine cloth, poplin, etc. (3) Blended with cotton, polyester, etc. to produce various clothing. (4) It has good alkali resistance, and the woven fabric is stiff and will not shrink or deform after washing. It is relatively durable.
❹Viscose yarn
(1) The strength is twice as high as ordinary viscose yarn. (2) Twisted and woven into cord fabric, used for automobile, tractor and carriage tires.
Main features
The biggest feature is that it is similar to some properties of cotton, such as good moisture absorption, easy dyeing, The fabrics produced are bright in color, soft to the touch, and comfortable to wear.
Its fineness and length can be adjusted according to the application requirements (rayon, rayon, artificial wool), which is better than cotton.
The strength is low, and the wet strength is 50% of the dry strength. After being put into water, it swells and becomes hard and cannot withstand severe rubbing. The fabric shrinks high, has poor elasticity, and wrinkles easily.
